Contract – Temporary – Permanent – Assignment Based

Typically our service starts with a brief summary of requirements from the client based on our Recruitment Requisition Questionnaire (RRQ).  This can be submitted online or downloaded and faxed or emailed to us. The completed RRQ will provide us with the necessary information required to source candidates who match your requirements.

Our goal is to provide a value added service resulting in clients being offered only candidates who fit your requirements. Alba Links will not provide a selection of CV’s for you to choose from that do not match your needs. In the unlikely event that we cannot match your requirements we will notify you of this rather than offering an unsuitable candidate.

We remain in constant communication with both the client and the candidate throughout the recruitment process to facilitate an orderly mobilization.

Our search and selection services can be tailored to suit your recruitment needs, providing skilled and experienced staff on a permanent basis, contract basis or assignment based and temporary basis.
